What is the 健康心脏非洲 programme?
非洲心脏健康计划于2014年启动，旨在解决非洲日益加重的心血管疾病负担, with the goal of reaching 10 million people with hypertension by 2025.

Over the past decade, the programme has:

As of end March 2024, we have surpassed our 2025 target by identifying over 10.800万人 with elevated blood pressure, to be referred for appropriate treatment.
健康心脏非洲 is expanding impact and partnerships
HHA is our pioneering health equity programme in the region, focused on ensuring access to affordable, 可持续发展的, and innovative healthcare solutions.
Leveraging a decade of impactful operations, HHA will expand its focus in 2024 to encompass a broader spectrum of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), including heart and kidney diseases. 这些健康问题相互关联的性质以及持续的气候变化带来的额外挑战推动了这种演变, which exacerbates the risk associated with these diseases. Prioritising chronic kidney disease (CKD)
